The documentary 'Embraer, factory of injustices', produced by the Communication Department of the Metalworkers Union of São José dos Campos, brings up the drama of people who lost their jobs in the mass layoff announced in September by Embraer.
In just over 20 minutes of production, cases of moral harassment, disrespect for labor rights and the disposal of employees whose health has been compromised due to the terrible working conditions of one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world are exposed.
